Subdivisions/Plats
Property to be divided into two or more parcels must be approved according to the City of West Columbia's Code of Ordinances, Chapter 17 Subdivisions and Ordinance No. 674.
An Application for Subdivision Plat Approval form must be submitted along with all appropriate documentation to be considered.
