Welcome to the 1836 Pocket Park, a happy place nestled between the Columbia Historical Museum and Chesney's Jewelry. This serene park was funded by local grants, in-kind donations and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Community Grant. Amenities include:
• Covered and open seating for 100 people
• a covered stage to accommodate a three man band
• String lighting
• a water feature
• Ceiling fans/Stationary fans
• Memorial brick pathway
• Constant streaming music
If you're interested in renting the park you will need to rent porta potties. Restrooms will be available soon.
