Duties
The City Secretary's Office:
- Provides administrative support to the Mayor and City Council
- Serves as the custodian for the official city records
- Signs alcohol beverage permits
- Oversees the election process
- Organizes annual appointments to boards
- Maintains the city's fee schedule
- Answers citizen inquiries
